We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days at support@techpasar.com or WhatsApp [number] with your order number and reason for return.
Conditions for return:
- Device must be in the same condition as received
- All accessories that were included must be returned
- We cannot accept returns on devices with new physical damage caused after delivery
Please note: We do not offer exchanges. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions including the pick up details.
Please do not send any items back before contacting us — unapproved returns cannot be processed.
