We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days at support@techpasar.com with your order number and reason for return.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Returns are only accepted where the device is materially different from what was described or graded, or has a functional defect existing at delivery. Singapore has no statutory cooling-off period for online retail.
Conditions for return:
- Device must be in the same condition as received
- All accessories that were included must be returned
- We cannot accept returns on devices with new physical damage caused after delivery
- Please also remove all personal data, accounts and activation locks (Apple ID/iCloud, Google account, Samsung account) before return.
Please note: We do not offer exchanges. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
