The warranty does not cover:

- Warranty does not cover cosmetic wear consistent with the device's grade Cracked or broken screens Battery degradation Water or liquid damage Physical damage from drops, impacts, accidents or misuse Unauthorised repair or modification Loss of data, software or apps Defects already disclosed in the listing Claims submitted after the 30-day period
Do Fair Grade devices come with a warranty?
No. Fair Grade devices are sold as-is and do not come with a warranty. If you believe your device has a functional defect that was not disclosed in the listing, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
